Which Appointment Should I Choose?
Each option below explains who it is best for. Treatment is selected from your assessment; individual results and treatment needs vary.
New Patient Examination
Best for: New patients booking their first comprehensive chiropractic assessment — a new complaint or one that has not been assessed with us before.
History, examination, discussion of findings and a personalized plan. Some treatment may be provided at the first visit when appropriate.
Duration: ~45–60 minutes
Complex Case Examination
Best for: New patients whose presentation is more involved — multiple or long-standing conditions, prior surgery, or several imaging reports — who may benefit from extended assessment time.
A longer first assessment. Please contact us to confirm availability and whether a complex-case appointment applies to you.
Duration: ~60–75 minutes (approx.)
Complimentary Discovery Call
Best for: Anyone who is unsure whether chiropractic care is the right fit and would like a short, no-obligation conversation before booking a full visit.
A brief call with Dr. Entezami. No examination or treatment is provided on a discovery call.
Duration: ~15 minutes
Follow-up chiropractic visits and any care Dr. Entezami recommends (such as focused shockwave therapy or custom orthotics) are arranged after your assessment.
What to Bring
- Photo ID
- Insurance card, if you would like us to direct-bill your plan
- A list of your current medications
- Any relevant imaging reports (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound) and the imaging itself if available
- Comfortable, loose clothing that allows easy movement
- A referral letter if your provider gave you one (not required)
- Glasses if you need them to complete forms
Your Visit
New Patient Examination ~45–60 minutes · Complex Case ~60–75 minutes (approx.) · Discovery Call ~15 minutes. Actual times vary by individual.
After the assessment, some treatment may be provided at the first visit when appropriate. This is decided during the visit and is not guaranteed; individual plans vary.
Located inside Elite Medical Centre, Unit 16, 9080 Yonge St, Richmond Hill. On-site parking is available; enter through the main Yonge Street entrance and proceed to Unit 16.

Insurance & Direct Billing
We can direct-bill many extended health benefit plans. Please contact us to confirm your specific plan and coverage before your appointment. MVA (motor vehicle accident) and WSIB claims are also accepted.
