Shoulder Pain
Shoulder pain from rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, bursitis, and impingement syndromes.
Overview
The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body, which also makes it one of the most vulnerable to injury. Common shoulder conditions include rotator cuff tears, shoulder impingement, bursitis, adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder), and labral injuries. These significantly limit daily activities and work performance.

- Rotator cuff tears or tendinopathy
- Shoulder impingement syndrome
- Bursitis
- Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis)
- Shoulder instability or dislocation

- Weakness when lifting the arm
- Night pain disrupting sleep
- Limited range of motion
- Clicking or grinding in the joint
Our Approach
Focused shockwave therapy has shown strong clinical evidence for rotator cuff tendinopathy and calcific tendinitis. Dr. Entezami combines this with manual joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, and a progressive rehabilitation program. Custom orthotics assessment may also be relevant for posture-driven shoulder issues.
